C’mon!! カモン！！

Sometimes inspiration comes from unexpected places. This morning I was awakened by a crow outside my window screaming “C’mon! C’mon! C’mon!” over and over again. At first, I was annoyed, but then I was inspired by his words to be aggressive in my effort to enjoy my day. And I did enjoy my day: I added some finishing touches to a song I’m working on (C’mon Seiji!!); I cooked a delicious lemon-tzatziki chicken, a recipe I learned from a video by the chef Jamie Oliver (C’mon Jamie!!); and I watched a great version of Mozart’s opera, The Marriage of Figaro on TV (C’mon Amadeus!!). I hope my friend the crow comes back again tomorrow (C’mon Mr. Crow!!)

インスピレーションは予期せぬところからやってくることもありますよね。

今朝、窓の外でカラスが「カモン！カモン！カモン！」と何度も鳴いていて、目が覚めました。
最初はイライラしましたが、カラスの言葉に触発されて、積極的に一日を楽しもう、努力しよう、と思いました。
そして、実際そうして一日をすごしてみました。

現在取り組んでいる曲に、最後の仕上げを加えました（カモン、セイジ！！）。

シェフのジェイミー・オリバーの動画を観て、おいしいレモン・ザジキ・チキンを作りました（カモン、ジェイミー！！）。

テレビでモーツァルトのオペラ「フィガロの結婚」の素晴らしいヴァージョンを鑑賞しました（カモン、アマデウス！！）。

明日も僕の友だちがやってきてくれるといいのですが（カッモーン、カラスくん！！）。
